“Dedication, work-ethic, and professionalism are three of the most important values that got me to where I am today. As an ex-kickboxer I’ve learned that consistency always wins. On good days, work out. On bad days, work out harder. It’s my goal to incorporate this knowledge and my experience into my personal training sessions. After more than 12 years of working in this exciting industry I have experienced that every customer deserves its own unique approach to get the best out of yourself. My strength is to bring out the best in you! More health, more power. Bringing back the focus on reaching your goals is what I find the most challenging and the most satisfying in this area of work. Through my experience with all kinds of people, professional athletes as well as people training for fun and everyone in between, I know what is required to build a working program suitable to the individual. My expertise in the most diverse areas, from S&C to mobility, makes my training different and a unique challenge. Will leave no stone unturned to reach your goals!
